His teachings has been felicated by personal development experts such as Zig Ziglar, Tony Robbins, Brain Tracy, Jim Rohn, Les Brown to name a few. Many of the pshychological methods of training elite athletes are based on the concepts of Psycho-Cybernetics as well. Dr Maxwell’s book combines the cognitive behavioral technique of teaching for an individual and how to regulate self-concept, and train the concisious and subconscious mind. His book defines the mind-body connection as the core in succeeding and in attaining personal goals.
